My career spans journalism, social services, and education, with experience across traditional and online learning environments. I hold a Ph.D. in P-12 School Administration and maintain current certifications as a district administrator and secondary teacher. I currently supervise doctoral research at the University of the West Indies Global Campus and lead multiple ventures in education and social services.
