The Hayyacom Admin Panel is a comprehensive web-based solution designed to streamline end-to-end event, guest, and organizer management. It supports multiple user roles with dynamic permissions and provides a clean, intuitive interface optimized for real-time event coordination.

Key Features & Functionalities:
• Interactive Dashboard displaying analytics such as total events, event status, guest and inviter counts, and B2B activity
• Multilingual support with seamless switching between English and Arabic
• Guest Invitation System with WhatsApp integration, including QR-based check-ins, automated reminders, and thank-you messages via cron jobs
• Event entrance card generation for efficient guest verification and event flow
• Role-Based Access Control for Admins, Sub-Admins, Inviters, Receptionists, and B2B users
• Package-based event setup with configurable modules (e.g., Diamond package)
• Event lifecycle tracking for upcoming and past events with role-specific visibility
• Logs and audit trail for tracking deletions and user activity
• Modern, responsive UI/UX with strong focus on usability and visual consistency

My Contributions:
• Developed key modules using React.js, Redux, and Tailwind CSS, ensuring scalable and maintainable architecture
• Integrated WhatsApp APIs for invitation workflows, including QR code generation and automated communication via cron jobs
• Collaborated closely with backend teams for secure and efficient API integration
• Contributed to multilingual implementation, ensuring consistent UI across English and Arabic
• Worked with clients and product managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables in an Agile environment
