Architected product vision and catalyzed cross-functional team alignment for data-driven B2B products serving event management and complex workflow needs (service design). Led product strategy, feature prioritization, user flows, and road map for two major launches: Disney Lorcana (Ravensburger) and Riftbound: League of Legends (Riot Games). Achieved worldwide adoption across 3,000 stores and 100,000+ players. Built and scaled a team of designers, product owners, and project managers; implemented design sprint methodology to improve alignment and quality. Drove adoption of AI-enabled project tracking tools, increasing throughput by 43% and improving Release Notes quality. Managed design systems creation and facilitated cross-functional stakeholder workshops to ensure customer-focused solutions.

Designed Alexa+ customer experiences for Amazon Photos on Echo Show and Fire TV. Untangled confusing, counter-intuitive interfaces; documented as‑is system architecture and proposed streamlined IA to improve photo access.
