    uniE621 Puppies Study, 2022 Oil on Canvas. 33 x 23 inches
This project is a personal oil painting featuring my two dogs, created as an exploration of pet portraiture through expressive brushwork and color-driven storytelling. Working in oil paint, I focused on capturing not just their physical features, but their individual personalities and emotional presence. Loose, layered brushstrokes were used to build form and texture, allowing subtle color shifts to suggest movement, warmth, and character rather than relying on strict realism. The composition places both dogs side by side, emphasizing their contrasting temperaments while maintaining a visual balance through tone and posture. A soft, abstract background was intentionally chosen to keep attention on their expressions and to create a calm, intimate atmosphere. This piece reflects my approach to pet illustration and painting: observational, intuitive, and emotionally grounded. It demonstrates my ability to work with traditional mediums while translating personal connection into a finished artwork suitable for commissions, collections, or exhibition contexts. illustrator oilpainting
    uniE621 Untitled (Real Kafuka), 2023 Oil on Canvas. 59 x 47 inches
This commissioned artwork was created for a music studio in Skudai, Johor, as part of their concert space design. The piece depicts a crow in a non-traditional posture, captured mid-foraging rather than standing, set against a vibrant, fiery sky that reflects sunlight and enhances the spatial atmosphere. Color choices and composition were carefully considered to align with the venue and to evoke a sense of solitude desired by the client, integrating both conceptual intent and site-specific context into the final execution.
    paper Untitled (3 cats), 2023 Oil on Canvas. 47 x 59 inches

The idea behind the Untitled (3 cats), 2023 was the dish that is served at the Kafuka Cafe, PPAP, which burger meat is stacked between pancakes. The three cats shown in the painting were adopted by the Cafe Owner, which is also an important element of the cafe itself.
