his project was an intensive, short-form animated film where I took on the dual role of Technical Director and Art Director. Blending technical problem-solving with creative vision, I oversaw the entire pipeline—from the initial visual development to the final rendering pipeline—ensuring the film maintained both stylistic beauty and technical stability.
