BMW CRM

A BMW dealerโs best salesperson was running 800+ clients
Not because he couldnโt afford software. Because every CRM heโd tried was built for the company (inventory, reporting, admin), and none of it helped him do the one thing his income actually depends on:
remembering who to reach out to, and when.
In car sales, the money isnโt in the first sale. Itโs in what comes after: referrals, repurchases, the relationship. And the timing for all of it lived in his memory. Memory is the first thing to break on a busy month.
So when I redesigned AutoCRM, I didnโt start with screens. I flipped the information architecture:
โ From browsing data (Clients, Messages, Campaigns) โ to an action first spine: Today โ People โ Money.
Now the dashboard answers one question before he even asks it: who do I reach today?
๐ฏ A queue, each card with a reason: a birthday, a one year delivery, a five day silence.
And because a discount comes straight out of his own commission, the deal calculator shows his net, live, at the negotiating table.
๐ฐ The customer only ever sees the sale price.
Then I gave it a look worth opening: a dark, 3D automotive SaaS aesthetic. โจ Glassmorphism, a rendered BMW, BMW M accents, a blue glow that breathes. It should feel as premium as the cars on the floor.
I design and build product interfaces, research to shipped code. To me thatโs one skill, not two. ๐ ๏ธ
