I’m Eduardo Fonseca, founder of PTI Costa Rica and a Blazor/.NET developer with 17+ years of experience turning complex ideas into secure, scalable cloud-native solutions. I specialize in architectural strategy, DevOps, and modernizing legacy systems on Azure, with hands-on leadership across full-stack development in .NET, Blazor, and front-end frameworks. I’m relocating from Heredia, Costa Rica to Madrid, Spain, and I’m seeking senior technical (Architecture/Azure/.NET) and human-systems roles with strong relocation support and visa sponsorship.
