    I worked on a variety of Braidio projects, from external integrations, to the backend API, the web app, and frontend mobile apps.

    We then moved towards providing end-to-end consumer interaction tools for businesses, handling text, audio & video chat with customers or potential customers, with use-cases from onboarding, technical sales calls, to telehealth. Programmable video & RTC elements were brought together to provide an out of the box experience for businesses. We then layered on a chatbot component, allowing inbound messaging from Whatsapp, that is in the first instance handled by an intelligent chatbot (even providing for ecommerce transactions to be completed), but then can allow for agent interactions too where needed.

    paper Water Rangers

    Water Rangers is a non-profit building tools to help citizens and scientists easily record and analyse water data.

    I’ve been working on both the web app, API backend, and frontend mobile app, mainly on the tools around logging water observations, and custom forms.

    I also helped with the image analysis that is work-in-progress, to use photos of water test cards to more easily log and analyse data results.

    More recently, I’ve been doing a ground-up rebuild of the entire platform, with an improved focus on the data capture and reporting needs of the groups that use the app.
