Throughout my architecture career, I’ve deliberately crafted a sophisticated toolkit, deftly managing projects of varying types and sizes concurrently. My experiences in smaller and medium-sized NYC firms instilled an understanding of the field’s intricacies and the adaptability essential in a fast-paced, complex environment. My leadership has been instrumental in steering each project I’ve worked on. I execute everything from site surveys, schematic design and design development to the completion of demolition and construction, with an emphasis on zoning analysis. Over the past 7+ years, I acquired hands-on experience with interior and exterior renovations, and ground-up projects, working closely and frequently with the DOB and LPC. I played the role of Intermediate Associate / Architectural Designer and Project Manager simultaneously for all the projects I executed. This includes a spectrum of project types; high-end residential i.e. ground-up residences, brownstones, condos, and apartments, commercial spaces and hospoitality i.e. office buildings, corporate offices, bars, restaurants, and storefronts, educational facilities i.e. private school renovations, additions, and re-programming, and sacred spaces i.e. churches and temples. I’ve refined my technical and project management skills, placing a strong emphasis on effective communication. Whether engaged in one-on-one client meetings or orchestrating seamless coordination across trades, I excel in materializing design concepts and interconnecting project elements to propel each phase forward with precision.
