ELIGY is the representation of "everything" for artist/producer, Elijah Jones. Growing up in Northridge California as half-African American/half-Korean, the cultural blends of his upbringing secured an integral role in his style & genre development throughout his life. The “everything” in ELIGY’s sound begins with him being able to play drums, guitar, bass guitar, & keyboards, which continues into his overall influences. From hearing hip-hop & RnB in his earlier youth, to playing in jazz bands & earning a degree in classical percussion, to being enamored by the innovative sound design of EDM & hyperpop, all of these genres leave ELIGY with an ever-expanding palette of versatility in his sound.
