The platform makes planning, booking, and experiencing city adventures seamless and personalized. On the other end, passionate local guides struggle to monetize their knowledge or manage bookings efficiently. Goals Empower travelers to easily find and book unique city experiences. Provide local guides a platform to manage listings and bookings. Support multilingual, accessible and secure interactions for all users. My Role & Approach I functioned as the UI/UX designer on this project. We began with discovery sessions and early-stage interviews to break down the pain points users face with traditional tour planning. The process was iterative; insights from each phase influenced the next, allowing us to refine the solution continuously. From research to handoff, our goal was to create a seamless travel experience tailored for users across different regions. Month 1 DISCOVERY & RESEARCH - I conducted user interviews, analyzed market gaps, and mapped out the end-to-end journey of a typical user. Month 2 WIREFRAMING & MID-FI DESIGN - Developed user flows, wireframes, and mid-fidelity screens based on feedback from early insights. Month 3 HIGH-FI PROTOTYPING & TESTING - Created the high-fidelity interface, ran usability tests, and iterated based on insights from testers and potential users. Month 4 DEVELOPMENT HANDOFF - Finalized the UI system, documentation, and worked closely with developers to ensure a smooth transition into the build phase.
