I'm an Illustrator and Graphic Designer, living and working in the city of Cape Town, South Africa. I grew up with a wild imagination, I could never sit still and coincidentally I got, “Is easily distracted and distracts others” on every report card of mine since I was 6 years old. I mean, that’s got to count for something, right? Oddly enough, my passion for drawing only started when I moved to Cape Town in 2015. Moving here was a weird adjustment and making art and drawing became a coping mechanism that I fell in love with. Soon I went from being a self-taught artist, to studying Graphic Design at Ruth Prowse School of Art in Woodstock, Cape Town. I focus mainly on digital illustrations and graphic design. A lot of my work is influenced by pop culture and childhood nostalgia. I believe that a person’s core creativity is linked to their childhood and that it is important to tap into that raw fun creative side of a person’s childhood. I’m always up for a challenge, and I love learning new things that help me grow as a person.
