Led the visual redesign of the company website, producing a full images system to shift the brand from industrial infrastructure towards people-first storytelling. Restructured the company SharePoint to improve usability and internal communications by reorganising content and navigation around how teams actually find information. Built responsive Figma prototypes and adapted multi-breakpoint layouts for a full site rebuild. Built a research pilot and UX research agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including a technical SVG diagram of a district heat network for the company’s green data centres sustainability charter and supported stakeholder engagement using accurate engineering context. Created branded infographics, email signatures, and communications materials using the company design system.
