A little about my background:

Training is about capturing stories and creating a connection through learning. These stories inspire, teach, and influence people to grow and
elevate their skills and performance.

My experience with learning and development began as an employee for The Walt Disney Company in 2010. Later, I became a trainer and my passion ignited for learning and development.

From 2010-2015, I delivered live classroom and on the job training for Disney. In 2016, I joined Yogurtland Franchising, where I designed and delivered ILT learning programs.

Expanding my skills, I pursued developing online learning by converting live training into both technical and soft skill eLearning for Hilton Grand Vacations, then as an Instructional Designer for The Walt Disney Company.

In my current role for Starbucks, I design for all delivery types, with an emphasis on online learning including VILT and eLearning. I am passionate designer with a love for combining technology and storytelling, while keeping the learner at the heart of the experience. I look forward to collaborating and raising the bar of your organization’s learning experiences.
