ISPA - Membership & Administration System

Designed and built ISPA, a comprehensive administrative dashboard and membership management platform used to manage different member types, applications, and engagement programs.

Responsibilities & Scope:

Designed the member data model supporting multiple member types and statuses

Built admin dashboards to review, accept, or reject applications

Implemented gamification logic, including badges, milestones, and configurable point systems

Developed tools to upload and manage training materials and resources per member type

Built certificate generation and email delivery workflows

Implemented secure access control and role-based permissions

Outcome:
Delivered a centralized system that replaced manual membership handling and enabled structured engagement, recognition, and resource distribution at scale.
