I have over twenty years of experience in the design industry, working as a creative and art worker, at both large and small design agencies, and I also have several years of experience as a freelance designer. I am happy working as part of a team, or independently, and I am used to working to tight deadlines in dynamic environments. I’m self motivated and able to self manage. My skill set allows me to see a project through from conception to publication, and I’m as happy prepping artwork as I am doing creative design. I work in print, web, film and motion design, and have over twenty five years of experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark and InDesign, I also have twenty years of experience using After Effects, creating motion graphics for the web and live events. Recently I have also been creating some basic models and animation in Blender, and incorporating AI elements into my work. My web skills lie in design rather than development but I have a good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and some PHP. I also have a lot of experience in online marketing, search engine optimisation, social media design and management, analytics, web advertising, and thumbnail creation across multiple platforms. My experience in the industry has seen me successfully work with company directors, art directors, photographers, film directors, developers, programmers, printers and a range of other creative professionals.
