From national NHS programmes to personal health brands, we bring clarity, consistency and creativity to every project. We developed an integrated marketing, communications and content strategy for Rethink Partners, a consultancy working with local authorities and the NHS to improve health and care outcomes through digital innovation. We now manage all of their marketing and comms activity, including content creation, PR and website development.     We engaged local authorities, healthcare professionals, and community members to gather insights and build trust. A targeted outreach campaign connected with underrepresented groups through local media and direct engagement. We facilitated resident workshops focused on challenges with council and NHS services, while collecting and analysing data on digital care preferences. Findings highlighted key factors for adoption, including simplicity, autonomy, and trust in technology.

    Blue Cactus supported Bolt Burdon Kemp’s Military Group with ongoing social media copywriting across Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. After in-depth meetings and research into military law and claims, we developed authentic, accurate content that consistently engages the military community. We also delivered a targeted social media ad campaign for a Cauda Equina Syndrome (CES) survey. Despite strict targeting limitations, we achieved a 12.57% CTR and over 2,500 visits to the landing page. This followed a previous successful campaign focused on e-scooter safety awareness.
