My name is Jon Wells, and I am an industrial/mechanical design consultant with over 30 years of experience delivering innovative and impactful design solutions, with many demonstrable examples in the marketplace.
I established my own limited company in September 2004 to provide a range of design services to manufacturing industry in a freelance/consultant capacity including industrial design, mechanical design, design for manufacture and product renderings. I’m based in central Cambridge and run seats of Solidworks, Inventor and Keyshot and I tailor my resources to meet my client’s specific needs and goals.
Being an individual consultant I am able to work very closely with my clients, and in many cases I provide an external resource for all their mechanical and industrial design needs, bringing my experience, CAD system etc to the internal team as and when required. I pride myself on my ability to deliver high-quality, creative solutions that drive business success.
