She geeks out on analytics and studying market and style trends to effectively get into people's minds and deliver exceptional, inspirational experiences. ​ Having previously worked in the service industry for many years, she has developed a keen sense of anticipating needs and customer empathy, which she applies daily in her current role as Creative Director of a US-based performance marketing agency.
