Elliot Shohet

Founding Engineer who built a cross-platform mobile app (iOS/Android) with React Native, Expo, and a Next.js backend, using PostgreSQL; integrated GPT-4V to analyze meal photos and extract calories, macros, and health scores; implemented personalized nutrition algorithms for TDEE, macro targets, and exercise calorie tracking; designed an image processing pipeline with compression and cloud storage via Vercel Blob; implemented passwordless authentication with Google and Apple OAuth sign-in and JWT-based persistence.

Engineered and optimized high-throughput contracts for 100k+ mints of NFTS; launched a rank leaderboard contract; automated contract deployment to testnet and mainnet on Ethereum and Palm; automatically verified contracts upon deployed to any network; explored cryptoeconomic solutions to our ERC20 token; set up staging and mainnet environments for easier testing and release schedules.

Architected a layer two state channel solution for high-fidelity ledgering and settlement, scaling unidirectional ERC20 payments to 25 TPS; combined cryptoeconomic primitives to create an incentive-aligned and revenue-generating DAO; implemented a dependency injection design pattern in protocol SDK for modular testing of protocol layers, services, and business logic; set up CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment; managed a small team of engineers and guided technical roadmaps.
