As the founding engineer at Cuemill, I led the end-to-end development of Loop by Cuemill, a cross-platform mobile and web application that helps users discover and participate in local, real-time activities.

💡 Key Contributions:
Spearheaded fullstack development of the app from zero to production using Vanilla JS, Node.js, Capacitor, and custom-built UI components.

Architected scalable backend APIs and optimized cross-service data fetching to support dynamic event feeds, chat, and notifications.

Designed and implemented a smooth onboarding flow, increasing activation by reducing friction through a one-click entry UX.

Developed advanced real-time features including WebRTC video calls, live chat, and animated feedback (confetti loaders, activity pulses).

Led Play Store & App Store deployment, managing release cycles, debugging platform-specific issues (iOS/Android), and ensuring GDPR-compliant data flows.

Built internal analytics tools with AWS Lambda and mailing list automation, cutting 3rd-party costs by over $1K/year.
