Agentic AI: Architected and led end-to-end implementation of agentic AI systems for large-scale mainframe modernization (COBOL to Java), integrating LLMs with internal tooling, HITL controls, and secure execution pipelines. CI/CD: Designed and owned an automated CI/CD pipelines infrastructure on AWS, adopted by 50+ engineers across multiple teams and executed 10,000+ times. Performance & Scalability: Reduced dependency graph loading time for 1M+ nodes from 40 minutes to 1.5 minutes (25x), optimized large-graph operations from 2 hours to 2 minutes (60x), and reduced download storage usage by 70x. Migration: Co-led a 5-month Java 8 to 17 and Spring Boot 2 to 3 migration across a large codebase, coordinating with 50+ impacted engineers. Appointed Security Guardian for the org - owned the security review process across the org, proactively initiated reviews, and participated in the majority of org-wide security assessments.

Built a failover monitoring service and led 3 failover drills; diagnosed DNS propagation issues across dependent teams, reducing failover time from 15 minutes to 2 minutes. Unblocked a Golang SDK migration by identifying and fixing a metrics instrumentation bug; led the migration end-to-end. Added support for Uber's custom authentication solution in our service to comply with PSD2 directives.
