Defined and coordinated the development schedule, aligning technical milestones with business requirements and regulatory deadlines. Implemented single sign-on (SSO) with a standard-based auth provider, enabling secure access for stakeholders, managers, and support users. Built a tenant-isolated relational database ensuring data segregation and compliance with financial regulations. Developed Java Spring Boot microservices with Spring Batch for background jobs (reporting, provider communications), improving automation and reducing manual operations by 40%. Integrated external provider APIs, NAV updates, and real-time plan portfolio evolution.

Developed a mobile app for Android and iOS to schedule events, manage memberships, and push notifications for a local cultural association. Distributed through App Store and Google Play, with an integrated push-notification service and in-app membership registration.
