I am a holistic practitioner with a focus on resiliency, mindfulness and Reiki. My passion is in helping others cultivate greater resilience as a speaker, writer, trainer and consultant. I host an inspirational podcast on the wide-ranging topic of resilience called
The Stumbling Spirit, which was one of the featured independent Canadian podcasts on Amazon Music in 2025.
