Luxury Monogram Logo for Fashion Brand (MAHSA)
This project involved designing a logo and visual identity for the brand "MAHSA" in the field of luxury women's fashion and accessories (bags and shoes). The main goal was to create a single symbol (Iconic Mark) that conveys power, femininity and luxury at the same time.
The main challenge of the project:
Design a logo that combines the two main products (bags and shoes) without visual clutter.
Maintain a luxurious and minimal look with the ability to be used in small sizes (on the plate or heel of the shoe).
Show differentiation and superiority over competitors in the luxury goods market.
Solution and design process (Adobe Illustrator)
To solve this challenge, a Monogram and Vector design approach was used.
The idea of combining elements: The key elements (bags and high heels) were merged together in a linear and very simplified way to create a single symbol.
Use of Negative Space: This design uses the technique of combining shapes to evoke the sense of instant lines, movement and femininity.
Color scheme and font: To maintain the sense of luxury, metallic gold was chosen as the main color and a strong and modern serif font was chosen for the brand name (MAHSA) for high readability.
Main tools: The initial and final design was done completely vector in Adobe Illustrator for infinite scalability.
Brand results and achievements
This logo helped the client create a strong and lasting brand image:
The final design is 100% vector and is optimized for print, engraving and digital use.
Delivery of a brand guide including CMYK and RGB color palettes.
The logo perfectly conveyed the sense of luxury and quality required by the target market and made the brand visually distinctive.
