I’m a UX Designer based in Switzerland with a strong background in customer experience, service design, and data-driven decision-making. Before transitioning fully into UX, I led strategic experience initiatives at a Swiss company, improving operational efficiency and boosting NPS through user research, journey mapping, and cross-functional collaboration.
Today, I focus on designing intuitive flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mobile screens, with experience creating early-stage product concepts and visuals for presentations and pitch decks. My approach combines user-centered thinking with clarity, structure, and strong visual communication — ensuring that even abstract ideas become simple, compelling designs for stakeholders and investors.
I’m proficient in Figma and comfortable iterating quickly in fast-paced environments. With experience presenting insights and design rationales to multidisciplinary teams, I bring both creativity and strategic thinking to short-term engagements.
Based in Switzerland and fluent in English, I’m available for onsite work in Zurich with hybrid flexibility. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and efficient, I’m committed to delivering polished, investor-ready UX assets.

User flows and interface layouts tailored to help users explore financial products with ease — whether they are banking customers, investment-oriented users or newcomers needing clarity.
Modular, well-structured components and navigation, designed to support scalability and ease of maintenance while ensuring a seamless experience across devices and screens.
A focus on transparency and user empowerment: by simplifying complex financial information and presenting it in an accessible way, users have more confidence when navigating investments or financial products.
Use of industry-standard tools (like Figma) to prototype, iterate, and refine screens, reflecting real-world constraints and the need for clarity, consistency, and performance in a large-scale banking context.
This project aimed to reimagine digital solutions for Itaú, focusing on improving accessibility, clarity, and user experience across their finance and investment offerings. The goal was to create a modern, intuitive, and user-centered platform that simplifies investment discovery and financial management, aligning with Itaú’s push toward a unified, high-quality digital ecosystem.
Key aspects of the design include:
Crushing Boulders is a concept mobile app designed to enhance the climbing experience through an energizing, motivational, and community-driven digital platform. The project captures the adrenaline, challenge, and camaraderie of bouldering while providing tools that support climbers in both progression and training.
Inspired by Jungian archetypes, primarily the Hero, supported by the Everyman and the Caregiver, the app adopts a tone that encourages courage, inclusion, and mutual support. Its visual identity uses the Quicksand typeface and a vibrant design language to convey positivity, momentum, and personal growth.
A key aspect of the app is its training support, offering structured guidance, progress tracking, and personalized insights to help users improve their climbing techniques over time. Additionally, climbers can log their climbs and boulder problems in a way similar to how users track films on Letterboxd. This creates a personal, evolving archive of achievements, attempts, favorite routes, and milestones.
The project explores user flows, interface layouts, and interaction patterns that reinforce motivation, celebrate achievements instantly, and deepen engagement with the sport. Crushing Boulders aims to translate the emotional journey of climbing: effort, resilience, victory, connection, and continuous improvement, into a clear, intuitive, and uplifting digital experience.
