Establishing the UX Research Strategy for the company with appropriate KPIs, which contributed to improve product usability, and reducing user measurement time by 50%.

Through data-driven improvements, we achieved 30% increase in conversion rates and 20% higher user retention. On top we reworked the error handling system of the app which increased user satisfaction.
