As the first product hire after the Head of product in this early stage startup, my role was instrumental in establishing all design processes, while making measurable contributions across all departments. 🔄 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 🔄 Building the first comprehensive design system, assisting both product and dev team in faster iterations and executions. 💡 𝗨𝗫 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 💡 Establishing the UX Research Strategy for the company with appropriate KPIs, which contributed to improve product usability, and reducing user measurement time by 50%. 🎨 𝗨𝗫 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 🎨 Through data-driven improvements, we achieved 30% increase in conversion rates and 20% higher user retention.
