As the first product hire after the Head of product in this early stage startup, my role was instrumental in establishing all design processes, while making measurable contributions across all departments.

Building the first comprehensive design system, assisting both product and dev team in faster iterations and executions.

💡 𝗨𝗫 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 💡
Establishing the UX Research Strategy for the company with appropriate KPIs, which contributed to improve product usability, and reducing user measurement time by 50%.

🎨 𝗨𝗫 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 🎨
Through data-driven improvements, we achieved 30% increase in conversion rates and 20% higher user retention. On top we reworked the error handling system of the app which increased user satisfaction.
