Over the last 20 years a lot of my work has focused on communicating with users, talking about product features, and how to get the most from the software, with the goal of creating a really positive user experience - it’s the best sort of advertising you can get. I've also really enjoyed talking to the wider industry audience, describing the benefits of the software, how it can make a real difference to their business, their employees, and even the environment. On the work side of things I love tackling challenges as part of a team, coming together to develop a creative solution to get things done better than ever and ultimately aiming to make things better for the customer.
