paper Happy Hardware - E-commerce Website

Developed Happy Hardware, an e-commerce website for a core university module.

Frontend: HTML, CSS (Tailwind), JavaScript (Alpine.js)
    Backend: PHP (Laravel Framework)
    Database: MySQL (Eloquent ORM)
    Version Control: Git & GitHub
    Environment: Virtualmin & phpMyAdmin

As the Full-stack engineer and Database lead for my team, I was responsible for the database and majority of the backend architecture. I created all the tables using Laravel migrations and populated them using seeders and factories. I implemented the stock management system using database transactions to maintain data integrity and ensured that all pages were linked to the database using Laravel models. I also implemented the product filters, as well as the return and reviewing features.

I also acted as the primary technical lead on GitHub, resolving major merge conflicts, and I also worked on part of the front end, creating an interactive squishable mouse background to fit the theme of our website and separate us from other competitors.
