British film and media composer based in NYC with a BA in Music from the University of Oxford (2023) and studying towards a MM in Screen Scoring at New York University. Passionate and versatile, having composed music for numerous short films across genres, and an accomplished percussionist with multiple accolades, bringing a dynamic and exploratory approach to screen composition. Harriet made her professional debut in Minneapolis with her score for ‘The Door’, after winning Film Score Fest competition in 2021. She has composed for workshops with the BBC Singers and the Castalian String Quartet, and was the principal percussionist for Katie Melua and the BBC Concert Orchestra, as part of the Silk Roads Project. Recently, Harriet has since assisted at Abbey Road Studios and was awarded the NYU Alan Menken Scholarship.
