EAGLEWATCH – OTT VIDEO STREAMING PLATFORM

• Designed and delivered a complete subscription-based OTT streaming platform for a Bangladesh media production company, replacing their zero-revenue social media distribution model with an owned digital platform that achieved 25% month-over-month paid subscriber growth post-launch.
• Architected a three-tier system: Laravel 10 RESTful API backend, React admin panel, and public-facing web frontend — serving Movies, TV Series, Dramas, Short Films, Comedy, and Music across web and Android simultaneously from a single codebase.
• Integrated SSLCommerz (Bangladesh’s leading payment gateway) for local subscription payments via cards, bKash, Nagad, and net banking, alongside Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay for international reach.
• Built a full subscription billing engine with tiered plans (monthly, 6-month, and yearly), coupon management, automated expiry tracking, and a real-time revenue analytics dashboard.
• Implemented Laravel Sanctum token-based REST API with multi-auth login: Email/Password, Phone OTP via KhudeBarta SMS (local Bangladesh provider), Google OAuth, and Facebook OAuth.
• Integrated AWS S3 for scalable cloud media storage and CDN delivery; automated database and filesystem backups via Spatie Laravel Backup; set up GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline deploying to AWS EC2 via rsync over SSH.
