Textbook distribution was recorded entirely in handwritten proformas, making real-time visibility impossible.
• Built a centralized, AWS-hosted digital Asset & Books Management System to replace all manual paper-based records and bring full accountability across head office, district offices, and field schools.
• Designed an automated document generation engine that instantly produces formal asset assignment, transfer, return, and disposal letters — eliminating manual paperwork entirely.
• Integrated QR Code and Barcode tagging for every government asset, enabling physical verification and real-time digital lookup at any location.
• Implemented structured digital workflows for maintenance requests, new asset requisitions, and inter-location transfers with complete audit trail and status tracking per asset.
• Developed an integrated Books Distribution module replacing handwritten school proformas with real-time tracking of textbook allocation from district stores to individual schools by class, subject, and academic session.
• Enforced Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) scoping data access for Head Office administrators, District Officers, and School-level users.
