As the sole designer, I used the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) framework to develop a methodical, mobile-first app. The solution provides real-time monitoring and proactive maintenance alerts, empowering farmers to minimize downtime.

    The KarlKarlo project was a comprehensive effort with 10X Innovation (Melitta’s innovation hub) to launch a new, healthy, caffeinated snack. My role went beyond interface design, encompassing product, research, and technical oversight. I led the UX/UI for the D2C e-shop (built on Shopware using Vue.js/Bootstrap) by creating a mobile-first prototype based on an energetic new brand guide. Crucially, I drove the qualitative user research, conducting street interviews and creating tasting scripts to directly influence the physical product’s flavour and consistency. This project demonstrated my ability to manage technical coordination, lead cross-functional workshops, and bridge the gap between design and R&D. Though the shop was fully developed and QA-reviewed, it did not go live due to external production issues.

    My role at Simon Kucher was to redesign their B2B Pricer platform. The platform was used to automatically calculate variable prices for products. A number of factors have an influence on the price - such as the brand, the colour or the material. The aim was to give customers maximum flexibility in their data records and allow them to process the data almost entirely themselves. The main challenge was to present large data sets in a structured and user-friendly way in the form of flexible tables and to design an easy-to-use calculation panel. The user focus was primarily on desktop applications. Furthermore, I took on the task of creating a design system that could be used for a standardised user interface on all platforms.

    Gaming1 is a Belgian company in the gaming industry. In addition to their casinos, they offer an online platform for betting and digital games. My task was to further develop and improve the existing platform in coordination with the development team and product owners, as well as to maintain a flexible and easily reusable design system in Figma. Working with a team of UX & UI designers, it was my job to critically examine the existing platform and its issues and drastically improve usability.
    With the switch from Sketch to Figma, I supported the team by training them in Figma. I undertook much of the importing and maintenance of old Sketch design files for a quick transition from Sketch to Figma. I worked closely with the development team and coordinated the implementation.

    It was my assignment to improve wkup Coffee Shot as a brand and strengthen its online presence. The challenge was to create a unique experience for wkup, targeted at specific user groups, both through the e-shop and at various events and ultimately in grocery shops. I redesigned and developed the landing page in HTML & SCSS using the Bootstrap framework and also helped with the creation of brand-specific offline and online marketing materials such as flyers, brochures and Instagram posts. I also assisted with event planning for further marketing of the product.
