Hermes Concepcion

Hi, I’m Hermes Concepcion, a Lead Agentic AI Architect and Technical Artist based in Montreal, with work across the Americas. I design multi-agent systems, workflow automation, and AI-powered business strategies, while blending XR, 3D graphics, and interactive experiences for entertainment, education, and enterprise. I enjoy turning complex ideas into scalable tools and compelling visuals, and I’ve been active in speaking and conducting workshops on AI and the metaverse.

Over the last decade, I’ve combined UX/UI development, game environment design, and AI-powered tooling to build innovative software for artists and organizations. I’m passionate about AI strategy, immersive design, and education, and I’ve taught at UNPHU and led research projects, while continually exploring new tools from LangChain to real-time visualization.
