I’m İçim, a Barcelona-based creative producer and production coordinator with more than ten years of experience working across film, TV, branded content, and hybrid workflows. I’ve spent much of my career managing moving parts across pre-production, shoot, and post, often with international and remote teams. I recently completed a VFX and Animation Production Coordination certification with Mayhem Production Management, which strengthened my understanding of animation and post pipelines and gave me a more structured approach to timelines, versioning, and communication between creative teams and stakeholders. I’m very detail-oriented in how I organise productions, but I also really enjoy the creative side and the storytelling process. I love building systems that make teams feel supported and allow the work to flow smoothly without unnecessary stress. I’m especially drawn to animation and educational content because I care about making information accessible, and I think animation is one of the best mediums to bring complex topics to life.
