Frontend Engineer at Bot MD

Led frontend for Care Platform v4, including live agent chat functionality, customizable AI agents, and integrations with messaging channels and calendar providers. Developed and improved features on Care v3 (Patient Engagement Platform) used by over 30 clinics and hospitals. Maintained and created reusable UI components and Bot MD's UI library. Established end-to-end testing for Care v3 using Cypress and implemented Cucumber preprocessor to enable non-technical stakeholders to write test cases. Performed on-call duties, resolved incidents by bug fixes or escalation. Collaborated with product manager, designer, and engineers to ensure features aligned with business expectations; worked with Operations to develop scripts to reduce onboarding time for clinics.

Frontend Engineer Intern at Switcheo Labs

Implemented Demex and CarbonHub forms for converting Carbon Core tokens to Carbon EVM tokens, enabling token transfers on the Carbon blockchain. Built the foundations for the Rewards page on Demex to display promotions and track rewards. Revised Demex account history pages with filtering and sorting for trades and token transfers.

Implemented a high-performance emoji picker for sales messaging; designed UI prototypes in Figma and implemented in the chat application. Developed a reusable custom media player for videos, audio, and images in chat messages. Created an analytics feature within CRM; built a custom rich text editor for users to style their messages.
