Hello! I’m Isabelle: Art Director, Lobster Roller, Dog Devotee, Kombucha Queen, and casual coffee addict. I’m excited to apply for the Design position and I feel confident I’d be a great fit. I bring a strong attention to detail across both conceptual and production design, balancing creativity with precision to deliver thoughtful, impactful work from start to finish. I’m passionate about design and marketing on an international scale, but I also deeply value working closely with the local and regional communities where I live and create. It’s important to me to learn from and engage with the community, helping brands connect authentically with their audiences. My experience managing diverse projects has taught me that success comes from understanding cultural nuances as well as market demands.
With over six years of experience in print and digital design, I’ve worked on large-scale campaigns across industries including finance, healthcare, technology, and wellness. I excel at managing multiple brand identities simultaneously and delivering cohesive creative work that meets high regulatory standards and engages diverse audiences.
I’m eligible to work in the UK under the High Potential Individual (HPI) visa and am actively planning my relocation from New York. My time in NYC has prepared me to thrive in fast-paced, high-standard environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UX, copywriters, content strategists, animators,
and other creatives. This experience has sharpened my ability to navigate complex projects and diverse teams, which I am eager to bring to the UK market.
Currently, I’m an Art Director at Prager Creative, a full-service marketing and advertising agency where we keep total brand perspective at the forefront of everything we do. I play a key role in digital animation, advertising, and branding projects for clients across industries including finance, healthcare, technology, and wellness. I collaborate closely with a team of copywriters, content strategists, animators, and other creatives to coordinate complex campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and striking visuals across all channels.
Previously, I worked on Peloton’s in-house creative team, leading advertising and product design projects. Highlights include the “Millions of Reasons, One Community” campaign and the Instagram Share feature launch. I collaborated daily with UX, photo, and video teams, guiding projects from concept through launch and user engagement. Seeing these projects through from start to finish was an incredibly rewarding experience and deepened my understanding of cross-team collaboration and user-centered design.
