Alain : AI Assistant for Perfect Dining Experience

Alain is an A.I assistant for dinning experience. We aimed to provide proper recommendations when customers choose their meals, based on RAG LLM.

I was responsible for creating Alain’s early service interfaces. So I focused to set a universal user-experience on chatting interfaces to encourage natural conversations. To conceptualize and develop the strategy, I created a style guide and a low-fidelity wireframe prototype to help stakeholders understand the vision. This accelerated the process and sparked new discussions to further improve user convenience.
