Hello, my name is Svetozar and I am from Bulgaria. Something short about me: I am a former professional volleyball player and coach. I speak and write in English, Italian, and Serbian at a very good level. I have played in various countries, the last one was Italy, and there I spent 3 years, also as a coach. Exactly there in Italy, I started my first adventure in the world of e-commerce and advertising in 2016. A friend of mine was developing an early stage of his own brand for detox and slimming teas in Bulgaria, and I took the rights for distribution in Italy, but after a lot of thousands of Euros spent, I realized that this was too big for me at the beginning. Since then, I have taken many courses and watched a lot of stuff about website building and advertising. Back there, I started my own website in beauty cosmetics, which I still have and manage. Over the years, I have made other websites, all of them on WordPress. Besides managing my mini business in the beauty niche, now I also work in a big company that is developing products from the beginning to the end and selling them online on self-developed websites. So I am familiar with and have strong knowledge of e-commerce as a whole process. My specialty is Facebook ads, and in my work, I have to manage budgets as big as 3000-5000 EUR per day and more than 3,000,000 EUR in total, operating in different markets (countries) since the company is present worldwide. Lower CPMs, Lower CPCs, Lower CPAs, and high ROI! This is the place where I live every day. Our KPIs are very strict, and we are totally oriented to strict Cost Per Sale limits. One or two euros more and we are working at a loss! The process is non-stop, looking for the best combination, testing designs and copies, proper scaling of the winning ones, and so on, day after day, we can't stop and say we found it because the environment is changing hourly or even every minute. What about the working process, as a former professional player, I respect a lot the discipline and organization of the work process.
