Hi, I’m Kavan Clarke-Batterbee, a music producer and multi-genre creator based in Derbyshire, UK. I’ve been producing music for the past 10 years and have worked in studios across the UK and Europe, with tracks played on local and national radio stations and performed in a range of venues. I’m currently studying Music Production & Audio Technology at the University of Derby.
I’m actively involved in youth music projects, mentoring peers in beat-making, recording, mixing, and mastering, taking them from little to know knowledge to having the ability to create an entire album. I am about to release my second personal album in the upcoming weeks.

Jeff came to be with the desire to create an amapiano / afrobeat track when the genre was becoming more mainstream. He also shared his love for bassline. Within the session I had with him, I merged the two (creating this instrumental from scratch), and found a female vocalist who was willing to do the chorus. We then got in touch with a Nigerian rapper, who was happy to do the 2nd verse and Jeff had written some lyrics for the 1st verse.
