Ordering and Plan Workflow — Gravity Forms Meets WooCommerce

Summary

A structured ordering flow that connects a custom post type for plan details, a Gravity Forms front end and WooCommerce checkout.

Solution

Plan data lives in a dedicated custom post type. Customers configure their order through Gravity Forms, and the flow hands a clean, priced order into WooCommerce — no manual re-entry, no spreadsheet in the middle.
