>> Brand Creative & Campaign Development:
• Led brand design across campaigns, packaging, retail, digital, and experiential touchpoints from concept
through launch in partnership with internal and external teams to ensure cohesive, brand-aligned visual storytelling that is aligned with marketing strategy, specifications, timelines, and cost considerations.
• Partnered closely with Marketing and external agencies on campaign development, creative reviews, asset production, and on-set art direction.
• Reviewed and guided photoshoots and videoshoots across styling, lighting, composition, and props to ensure alignment with brand standards, storytelling, and campaign intent.
• Directed physical and digital educational materials supporting sales teams and retail partners through online platforms and in-person training.
>> Package Design & Systems:
• Led end-to-end packaging design across liquids, tools, and accessories for permanent and seasonal launches, building scalable systems that supported category growth and global expansion, in partnership with Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors.
• Led art direction and established systems for product photography and renderings, ensuring consistency across hero imagery and retail assets.
• Defined packaging standards, materials, finishes, structures, and sustainable options; reviewed mechanicals and prototypes, provided redlines through final approval, and led domestic and international press checks to ensure design integrity and executional excellence.
>> Visual Merchandising & Retail Design:
• Directed global prestige visual merchandising programs across Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Target, Harrods, and Chatters in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, and Singapore, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, retail partners, and production partners.
• Designed and oversaw 2D and 3D systems including fixtures, gondolas, endcaps, animations, and modular displays from concept through installation for permanent and promotional programs.
>> Eventing & Experiential Environments:
• Led branded environments for key initiatives including Ulta Field Leadership Conferences, the Emmy Awards, Sephora events, and retailer education summits.
• Partnered with Education, Sales, Marketing, and production teams to create immersive experiences that strengthened brand engagement and storytelling.
Leadership & Process:
• Managed and mentored a team of ten designers, production artists, and freelancers, setting creative vision, reviewing work, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing creative culture.
