Acted as primary technical authority and incident-escalation point for a national teller platform supporting 200+ branches and 900+ teller machines across New Zealand. Led an 18-month nationwide rollout of teller cash recycler (TCR) and teller software to 50 branches with no customer-facing disruption. Upgraded Unisys Financial Transaction Manager from v6 (32-bit) to v8 / Elevate Suite 1.0 (64-bit), coordinating an offshore team in India and merging Westpac customizations into the base product.
