I’m a UI/UX Designer interested in diving more into UX Research, Product Design, and Content Strategy, coming from a background as a Software Engineer and Quality Assurance Analyst. I have previously worked in companies such as Vision Service Plan and Employment Development Department, along with other companies where I worked with B2B SaaS and B2C SaaS products and services. My background in technical architecture, requirements writing, and quality assurance provides me with a holistic understanding of how people use products and how content shapes the experience. I’m excited to combine my technical knowledge and passion for UX Design to focus more on Content Strategy, User Research, and Product Design. This has translated well into my case studies where I delved into organizing the information architecture, leveling out the feature prioritization, and creating user flows to improve navigation. Creating wireframes and prototypes for cross-platform devices has been a thoroughly fulfilling learning experience and I look forward to seeing everything else is out there. ✅ Gathered and created user requirements using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies ✅ Engaged with other developers/quality assurance analysts in copywriting test procedures and test plans ✅ Collaborated on technical architecture and user interface designs, then implementing those features into software development My goals for the future involves locking down a full-time permanent remote role on a team that values research and content strategy with the goal to work within the following industries: education, fitness, health, customer relationship management, and traveling - but am open to all opportunities.
