I am an audio professional, producer, songwriter, lyricist and creative entrepreneur with extensive experience overseeing music projects from concept to commercial release. As the founder and front-person of my independent music project (Jenny Scara), in just three years I have independently written, produced, recorded, and released original music that has grown to more than 55,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, with one song now at nearly 1.5 million streams across all platforms.
I am proficient in Logic Pro, Pro Tools, and Adobe Creative Suite and have developed a strong foundation in audio production, editing, arrangement, and creative direction while simultaneously managing all aspects of my music career, including recording workflows, distribution, live performance logistics, and marketing campaigns. I know my educational background isn’t in audio engineering, but I’m not one to believe that a great creative needs to have a formal education. I’ve been playing instruments since I was 8 years old, and I’ve been writing my own songs since I was 15. This is my latest release, written and produced by me. I created the entire project on a budget of only $3,500 in a span of just 5 months. I wrote nearly every part on these songs, leaving only the majority of the lead guitar and bass lines up to my band members (I still wrote a good portion of them. I let them write their own parts but I molded them into what fit best within the songs).
