I’m Jerome Rossen, founder and Chief Composer at Freshmade Music, where I create broadcast-ready music, audio, and VO for kids’ media including podcasts, TV, games, apps, and the web. My work has supported brands like PBS Kids, LeapFrog, Disney, Spin Master and Nickelodeon, and I enjoy collaborating with teams to craft musical identities across genres.
In addition to running the studio, I teach composition at San Francisco State University and continue exploring new projects in children’s education, gaming, and media to inspire curious, creative audiences.

Created the music for game levels and reward segments, sound design for all the character movements (robots and monsters), and processed dialogue for this math app that teaches multiplication and division to 5-8 year olds.
Wrote music for approximately 60 episodes of this irreverent cartoon for older kids and adults, described as “wickedly funny and horribly wrong”. The show has been broadcast worldwide and has a cult following, generating over 2 Billion YouTube views.
