Architected and engineered a multi-strategy smart router RAG system that dynamically selects the optimal query path, instantly serving pre-computed JSON lists or executing a deep RAG pipeline to balance speed and accuracy. Independently developed the end-to-end application, including a Streamlit UI, a Python backend, and a production-grade data ingestion pipeline using Dagster, delivering the project in 53 days. Leveraged LLaMA3 (Groq API) with BAAI/bge-large-en-v1.5 embeddings and ChromaDB for scalable vector search. Currently leading the migration to Azure AI Foundry, replacing local components with enterprise services (Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI GPT-4o, and Azure AI Document Intelligence). Reverse-engineered the React/TypeScript front-end and back-end to build a fully integrated ITS chatbot.
