Designed new features and ongoing UX improvements for TruckLoads and TruckerPath — mobile and web apps used by long-haul truckers, brokers, and fleet carriers across the US. Led AI-driven enhancements to reduce manual data entry, including document scanning and inbox integration that pulls load details into the app. Extended an established design system with new patterns while maintaining consistency across features. Collaborated with PMs and engineers in an Agile environment to translate user needs into shippable designs.

Led end-to-end UI/UX design for 1NURSE — a healthcare job portal for nurses and allied health professionals (Employer web and Job Seeker web/iOS/Android). Conducted user research with healthcare HR teams and surveyed 15+ nurses to shape information architecture, matching logic, and onboarding flows. Concurrently acted as Product Manager: prioritized roadmap, ran sprint planning, and coordinated engineering via JIRA. Product soft-launched January 2022; job postings and sign-ups grew in the ensuing months.
