I was tasked with helping Queens Liverpool, a small independent restaurant, grow its presence on Instagram and increase footfall to their venue. The goal was to grow their Instagram following to 10,000 within a six-month contract, and we successfully achieved this target in just three months. The campaign focused on building a strong, community-driven online presence by leveraging local Liverpool influencers, creating engaging storytelling opportunities, and showcasing the incredible staff who make Queens Liverpool unique.
Campaign Details:
Instagram Growth: The primary goal was to grow the restaurant’s Instagram following to 10,000. Through a mix of strategic content planning, influencer collaborations, and community engagement, we exceeded this goal in just three months.
Influencer Collaboration: We partnered with key Liverpool-based influencers who were passionate about local food and independent businesses. These influencers shared their experiences at Queens Liverpool, which helped us reach new audiences and attract more footfall.
Storytelling & Personal Branding: We focused on telling the story of Queens Liverpool through engaging content that featured the restaurant’s journey, food offerings, and the passionate people behind it. I worked on sharing personal branding content, capturing authentic images and videos of the staff, and highlighting their stories and the roles they play in making the restaurant what it is.
Behind-the-Scenes Content: We showcased behind-the-scenes moments from the restaurant – from food preparation to the interactions between staff and customers – helping to humanise the brand and build a genuine connection with the audience.

In just three months, we reached the target of 10,000 Instagram followers, thanks to a combination of influencer collaborations, engaging content, and community involvement. The campaign not only boosted Queens Liverpool’s online presence but also helped increase footfall to the restaurant.
By sharing personal stories and giving customers a glimpse into the daily life of the restaurant, we created a more human connection between the brand and its audience. This led to higher customer engagement both online and in the restaurant itself, making the campaign a resounding success.

The campaign included a month-long social media build-up, with sneak peeks, behind-the-scenes content, and influencer teasers to create anticipation. We also incorporated a unique offline experience by launching a smoothie van, which made stops at key locations to engage with the local community and build further excitement around the product.
